How To Order

How to order in 5 simple steps

1. Locate the desired products using the drop down menus, search function or through specific categories.
2. Enter the desired quantity in the quantity box under the item’s picture.
3. Click once on ‘Add to cart’ under the quantity box, a confirmation that the item has been placed in the shopping cart will appear at the top of the page. You may then continue shopping.
4. When you have finished shopping, go to the top of the page and click the ‘Check Out’ tab.
5. You may then confirm your details are correct, select the delivery method, select payment type and complete your order.

*Please note that if you hit the “back” button on your browser it will appear that your shopping cart total will not have the correct number of items in it, this will be updated when you add another item, view your cart or checkout.

Viewing/Editing your order

You may view your order by clicking on the ‘view cart’ tab at the top of the page. Here you may see the items you have added, adjust the quantities of ordered products, remove specific items from your order, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. A sub-total will also be displayed excluding G.S.T, and any shopping or minimum order fees.

Checkout / Completing your order

Click on the ‘checkout’ tab at the top of the page and your order along with your details will be displayed. Select the shipping method using the drop down box, select payment method and confirm your details are correct before clicking on ‘next’ at the bottom of the page. Shipping costs will be removed on the next page if you have selected to pick up your order.

You will then be taken to the ‘submit order’ page where you may enter your credit card details if you have selected this payment option then click ‘submit order’.  PayPal users will be taken to the PayPal payment page after clicking on ‘submit order’. If you are ‘on account’ simply click on ‘submit order’ to complete your order.
Once you have submitted your order you will be given a confirmation message and a copy of your order will be sent to your email address.

How to search for products

There are 3 different methods of finding products on our website.

1. You may use the drop down box to jump to a specific category of your choice. Just click on the category you would like to view and you will be taken to that page.

2. You may browse through the site using the categories on the left of the page. 

3. You can type a keyword or item code into the search box then press ‘enter’ or click on the magnifying glass icon. If you are having trouble finding a product, try limiting the words used to broaden the search or enter the item’s code using the numbers only.

*Please ensure the spelling of your search is correct or your item may not be displayed.
